We are TEAM RITA.  We walk for Rita Kreutzer, a wife, mother, sister, and my beloved aunt.  ALS took her from us in 2022, and we still continue to fight for her today.  Thank you for considering supporting our cause and helping me reach my ALS Walk fundraising goal!  This money goes directly to research for a cure for ALS.

ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) is a progressive, fatal neuromuscular disease that slowly causes nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord to atrophy.  Patients with ALS will eventually lose all motor control and their ability to move, eat, speak, and breathe.  The life expectancy of a patient after they are diagnosed is only 2 to 5 years on average.  

ALS currently has no known cure.
