Once again I am asking my friends for their help by making a donation to my Walk to Defeat ALS. Most of you are aware of how this terrible disease took the life of my youngest sister, Colleen Strock, in February of 2020. Our entire family was devastated when we lost Cie. If you could find it in your heart to make a donation (no donation is too small) I would greatly appreciate it.
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive, fatal neuromuscular disease that slowly robs the body of its ability to walk, speak, swallow and breathe. The life expectancy of a person with ALS averages 2 to 5 years from the time of diagnosis. ALS can strike anyone, and presently there is no known cause or cure.
