Hello Friends and Family! Thank you for visiting our Andy's Army team page! Andy's Army is running as part of TeamALS to honor of Andy Snarski who is currently living with ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis). This race is a chance for us to honor Andy's resilience, strength, and optimism while facing the challenges of ALS. 

Andy is a Chicago Marathon Finisher himself. Every mile we run is not just about movement; it's about gratitude for all the things that ALS robs people of. Gratitude for the ability to put one foot in front of the other, breathe freely, and stay active. We don't take that for granted. 

Andy has been working with ALS United Greater Chicago while navigating his ALS journey. ALS United provides much needed patient services resources, funds global, cutting-edge research, and much more in order to help those living with ALS and we are excited to join their Chicago Marathon team!
