Welcome to My Personal Page!
As some or none of you may know, my sister in law Lisa was diagnosed with ALS one year ago. It was devastating news to us all. I have know Lisa since I was 14years old. She played softball, is short and has an attitude like no other! I was just like her! She is my role model! My sister from another mother! Lisa has always had my back and I had hers! She’s a Wife, Mom, Sister, Daughter, Aunt and Friend to many. I walk in her honor for a beginning, treatment and cure. She’s my fighter, my hero! She will NEVER fight alone! I please ask you help me in this long journey for her!!
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive, fatal neuromuscular disease that slowly robs the body of its ability to walk, speak, swallow and breathe. The life expectancy of a person with ALS averages 2 to 5 years from the time of diagnosis. ALS can strike anyone, and presently there is no known cause or cure.
