2nd Annual Memorial ALS Pick Tournament
On Saturday, September 28, 2024, the 2nd Annual Memorial ALS Pickleball Tournament for Ron Sullivan will be held at Northminster Presbyterian Church, 10720 N. Knoxville Avenue, Peoria, IL 61615.
Tournament begins at 9 a.m. This will be a two-person team round robin type
tournament. Rally scoring to 15, win by two, will be used. Each team is guaranteed 3 games.

Registration is $50 per person, and each participant will receive a t-shirt.
Also available that day will be a bake sale and raffle baskets.
All proceeds from this tournament will go to ALS United and will be used locally in the Peoria area.
ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) is a progressive fatal neuromuscular disease that slowly robs the body of its ability to walk, speak, swallow, and breathe. At this time there is no known cause or cure for this debilitating disease. Ron Sullivan passed away from this disease in 2021. A pickleball tournament has been planned in order to keep his memory alive and to raise money
to help others battling this disease and to help find a cure
